    €3–50M revenue · €1–7M EBITDA

    An established company with annual revenue between €3M and €50M and EBITDA between €1M and €7M.

  • Profitability

    Proven and consistent

    A track record of profits and steady cash generation over several years.

    Growing markets

    Open to any sector with structural tailwinds and room to consolidate. Our experience runs deepest in energy, infrastructure, industrial services and logistics.

  • Geography

    Based in Spain

    Headquartered in Spain, whether it sells locally or abroad — and we can help it reach new markets, including the Gulf.

Bimaris Capital is led by Marina Machin Alvarez, who will run the acquired company day to day alongside its existing management team.

Founder & Managing Partner

Marina Machin Alvarez

Marina founded Bimaris Capital to take the helm of a single Spanish company and lead it into its next chapter of growth.

She began her career in investment banking at HSBC and Crédit Agricole CIB, where she advised on and structured transactions in energy, infrastructure and industrial services. She then became an investor in private companies, assessing businesses, building their operating plans and working alongside management teams to put them into practice. Most recently, she joined a family-owned business to help it attract new investors and institutionalise its operations for international expansion.

She brings an investor’s discipline, a network that spans Europe, the Americas and the Gulf, and a clear conviction: the best successions keep what made a business great — its people, its customers and its name.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

    A confidential first conversation

    An informal meeting to get to know each other, understand your situation and what matters to you, and see whether there is a fit.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Indicative valuation

    With a first look at the key figures, we share how we value the company and the general terms we would propose.

  3. Months 1–2

    Letter of intent

    We agree price, structure and a clear timetable in writing, so both sides know exactly what comes next.

  4. Months 2–4

    Due diligence

    A thorough, discreet review with the support of specialist advisors, organised to take as little of your time as possible.

  5. Months 4–6

    Closing and a supported transition

    We sign, and then work side by side with you through a handover period that protects your team and your company’s culture.
